SMS Messaging Policy

Oakland Freight LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with drivers, applicants, and business contacts who have opted in through a contact form, application, direct inquiry, or existing business relationship. Messages are conversational and informational and may include recruiting follow-ups, application status updates, interview scheduling, onboarding instructions, document reminders, dispatch coordination, load details, routing updates, scheduling updates, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies based on driver activity, application status, and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Oakland Freight LLC does not send unsolicited SMS marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
